This single storey 4 bedroom villa is well furnished and equipped, has a gated driveway and is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach.  As well as the 2 restaurants, and Bacchus Bistro on Val Verde itself, this villa is also a convenient short walk from the various shops, bars and restaurants at the Quinta Shopping plaza at the entrance to Quinta do Lago.

A new entrance way, kitchen, dining area and new bedroom and bathroom have recently been added to the original 3 bedroom villa.

Entrance into a spacious lounge/dining area with flat screen cable TV (including BBC/ITV & Sky Sports), DVD player, CD player and wood burning stove. Doors lead to the covered veranda with garden furniture overlooking the pool. There are various CDs, DVDs, and books available to enjoy, for both adults and children.

Well equipped newly refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.  Adjacent dining area with dining table and chairs to accommodate 8.

Access from the lounge to the bedrooms, with new master double bedroom with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and safe, and an ensuite bathroom with both a separate bath and large walk in shower; one twin bedroom, and one twin bedroom (made up as a double) with sliding doors to the garden. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room. The 4th bedroom is a carpeted double bedroom (twin beds together) with en-suite shower room, dressing area and sliding doors leading to the garden. 

The windows are double-glazed and have mosquito screens.  

Air-conditioning is included throughout.  Wi-fi internet access included.

The villa is surrounded by a pleasant lawned garden and there is a large electric awning to the terrace which, if required, provides some shade.

The swimming pool (9 x 4m) has steps into the shallow end and has a terrace with portable gas BBQ.
Pool heating is available at £230 per week. The pool has an electrically operated pool cover to help maintain the heat.

The property also has an electric gated driveway and security intercom system.

Maid service is included 3 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 

Pool/beach towels and a hair-dryer are also provided for your stay.

"Our trip to Portugal was great! The house was perfect, comfortable & lots of room for us all. The kitchen was very well equipped which was great as we like to cook & entertain. The new bathroom was fab! We especially liked the shower... We are fussy about good showers as we lived in US for a number of years & the shower in no 5 was one of the best! Nice new BBQ!  Maid service very good & always with a smile! Loved the awning over the terrace! The pool was lovely & someone had even left us the lilo & beach ball etc pumped up ready for use!  "We had a lovely break. The villa was good (lots of kitchen stuff which is always a bonus), pool was excellent and the frequent maid visits were very good. Location was brilliant for us, only a few minutes to Quinta Shopping, Bouganvilla Plaza and in the other direction there is now a gym and Pure Boutique cafe at the next roundabout. Would also recommend the local bistro Bacchus. We will definitely consider returning. Mrs A, July '14
