This attractive single storey villa enjoys pleasant views over the valley at Val Verde, and is located approx 5 minutes drive from the beach.

Entrance into an open plan lounge/dining area with satellite TV (includes English channels), and doors leading to a covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool.

There is an adjacent well equipped fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

There are two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, and one further twin bedroom (which can be made up as a double) with en-suite bathroom.

Outside the rectangular pool (10 x 4m) has steps into the shallow end and a terrace with BBQ.

Air-conditioning included.

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week. Pool towels are also provided with your rental.

Check in is normally 4pm and check out is 10 am.  However we will try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures where possible.
