This is a well furnished two bedroom apartment (sleeping up to 4 people) located on the top floor (ground level in terms of reception/car parking) overlooking the communal gardens, pool area and towards the hills. The sandy beach of Quinta do Lago and Ancao is about 5 minutes drive away.

Entrance into a living/dining area with new wooden flooring, new sofa and chairs and sliding doors to a sun terrace with garden furniture. There is laser cable TV with over 70 channels, including the BBC, a DVD player and mini hi-fi with CD, air-conditioning and a telephone. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven and a marble breakfast table for two. A washing machine is also available.

There is one well furnished double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another twin bedroom (beds together) with en-suite shower room. One bedroom has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, and the other bedroom has a ceiling fan. A private safe is available in the bedroom.

Wi-fi available and included.

Maid service included 4 times weekly (excluding weekends and bank holidays) with weekly linen change and change of bathroom towels, twice weekly. A hairdryer and pool towels are also included.

Free use of communal pool and tennis courts included.
