VILLAS - SANTO ANTONIO VILLAS, GOLF & SPA:

All the properties are of a very good standard.

Each property has a well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. They have a living/dining area with satellite TV (UK freeview channels), DVD player and balcony or terrace. The 3 bedroom properties have 2 bathrooms; the 4 bedroom properties have 3 bathrooms. Villas have a maintained lawned garden and private pool with terraces and BBQ.  Some villas are equipped with air-conditioning and some have a 'heatable pool'.

INCLUDED in the rental cost is:

• Free and unlimited access to the indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room at Spa Santo Antonio. (Please note that children under 16 years old only have access between 09.30-11.00 hrs and between 16.00-17.00 hrs, and must be accompanied by an adult).
• Free and unlimited access to the gymnasium and outdoor pools.
• 10% discount available to resort guests on all spa and beauty treatments.
• 40% discount on green fees at Golf Santo Antonio (formerly Parque da Floresta) golf course.
• 10% discount at the golf shop
• 10% discount on Santo Antonio tennis court rentals
• 10% discount at all the restaurants and bars on Santo Antonio
• Free parking
• Maid service and towel change every 3 days (excluding Public holidays).
• Linen change once weekly.
• Welcome starter pack at the villa of water and fresh fruit

OTHER ACTIVITIES available:

Floresta Fun Club - For children between the ages of 3 and 12 years - available on a seasonal basis (subject to a minimum of 3 children). Football academy also seasonal. Two 7 a side grass football pitches available.

Santo Antonio Sports Academy - Tennis Academy for adults and children (seasonal).
