Also within 10-15 minutes walk are the communal facilities of Dunas Douradas including large outdoor swimming pool, and children's pool which guests are entitled to use free of charge. Tennis Courts are also available to use at a small extra charge, payable locally. The Xenia restaurant and pool cafe and mini-market are also located near the reception and swimming pool area.

The fully equipped stylish white kitchen leads onto the dining area which in turn leads into the dual aspect living area which has several double patio doors leading to various different terraces for relaxing or dining al-fresco. The living area has a fireplace and Lazer TV with a good range of international and UK channels. There is also a small office.
