This is a beautiful villa, very recently refurbished. It is well equipped and spacious, and situated in Zone 9 of the prestigious resort of Dunas Douradas, within easy walking distance (approx 5 mins) of the beach.  It is also approx 8-10 mins walk to the main communal pool, pool bar, restaurant and reception at Dunas.  Included with your rental is free use of this communal pool, children's pool, and also use of the tennis courts at a small local charge. 

An Entrance hallway leads through to a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  From here, there is access into the dining area.

From the dining area there are a few steps down to the spacious well furnished living area with cable TV and sliding doors opening onto a large sunny terrace overlooking the pool. 

There are 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. 3 of which are en-suite.  There is  twin bedrooms downstairs and 2 double bedrooms upstairs.

Outside, the pool is surrounded by terracing and some grassed garden.  The pool can be HEATED at extra charge.

The outside terrace off the lounge/dining area boasts a lovely outdoor eating area, with covered BBQ as well as some comfortable sofas overlooking the pool.  There are plenty of tables, chairs, sofas and sun-loungers for making the most of the sunshine.
