This is a beautiful villa, recently refurbished. It is well equipped and spacious, and situated in Zone 9 of the prestigious resort of Dunas Douradas, within easy walking distance (approx 5 mins) of the beach, and a short walk to the well known Marias beach restaurant.  It is also approx 8-10 mins walk to the main communal pool, pool bar, restaurant and reception at Dunas.  Included with your rental is free use of this communal pool, children's pool, and also use of the tennis courts at a small local charge. 

Living Area:

An Entrance hallway leads through to a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It is also equipped with a coffee machine, blender and clothes dryer. From here, there is access into the dining area.

From the dining area there are a few steps down to the spacious well furnished living area with cable TV, fireplace (gas), and sliding doors opening onto a large sunny terrace overlooking the pool. 

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Also on the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with private bathroom, and one twin bedroom with shower room.

Upstairs on the first foor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, and a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a terrace with sun-loungers.

Pool/Garden/Terrace:

Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by terracing and some grassed garden.  The pool can be HEATED at extra charge.

The outside terrace off the lounge/dining area boasts a lovely covered outdoor eating area, with BBQ, as well as some comfortable sofas overlooking the pool.  There are plenty of tables, chairs, sofas and sun-loungers for making the most of the sunshine.
