This is a very attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, located near the main resort facilties on the popular resort of Dunas Douradas. As well as being a short walk from the main communal pool, children's pool, pool bar, restaurant, tennis courts and mini-market/coffee shop, it is also just a short walk to the beach.
Entrance into the hallway leading into the living/dining area. There are 2 living areas, one more of a snug with cable TV, and the other larger sitting room which opens up onto the pool terrace and outdoor eating area with built-in BBQ.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and is linked to the dining area which can accommodate up to 10 people.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and one twin, all well furnished with modern en-suite bathroom or shower room. The master double bedroom which is upstairs offers beautiful sea views from its balcony, and the lovely en-suite bathroom is amazing with lots of windows looking out over a green backdrop.
Outside the private swimming pool is HEATABLE if required at a supplement (check with us for details). The patio around the pool has sun-loungers and various garden furniture.
Air-conditioning is available throughout and included in our prices. There is also an alarm and security 24/7.
Wi-fi is also available and included.
Maid service is included twice per week. The owners ask that their guests be non-smokers please.
Free use of the communal pool and children's pool is included with your rental, and use of the tennis courts at a small local charge.
