This spacious two storey 4 bedroom villa, set in a very private mature landscaped garden, is in a wonderful location, just a few minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach at Dunas Douradas, and a short distance to some popular beach restaurants.

A large entrance hall leads into the first floor and to a spacious bright open plan living/dining area with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen cable TV, fireplace with log burning stove and an additional sitting area overlooking the gardens. Patio doors lead out to the first floor terrace, charcoal BBQ and a dining area to enjoy al-fresco meals, overlooking the pool.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, oven/hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, wine cooling fridge and breakfast bar.  There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, but please bring your own capsules. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to a small patio to hang up clothes.

Also on this level is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace.

A staircase leads down to the Ground floor, where there is a second living room with large TV,  DVD player, and patio doors leading out to the pool area and garden.  

The bedrooms here consist of one double room with en-suite shower room, and patio doors leading out to the pool. Then there are two twin bedrooms, both with doors leading out to the garden. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.  All the bathrooms have been recently refurbished. 

Outside, the kidney shaped swimming pool measures approx 9 x 4.5m and is surrounded by terracing and a lovely large landscaped garden which affords a good deal of privacy. There is also a small putting green. 

 A staircase leads up to a roof top sun terrace with stunning sea views.

Maid service is included 3 times per week.
