This modern high standard 4 bedroom villa is situated close to all amenities and is approximately 7-10 minutes walk to the beach, on this popular resort of Dunas Douradas (meaning golden dunes), located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.  Resort facilities include tennis courts, communal pool (free use included), poolside bar, restaurant and mini-market.  Further restaurants are within walking distance or within a few minutes drive.

The villa is built to a high specification, and is elegantly and tastefully furnished throughout, having been redecorated recently in 2020.

An entrance hall leads to a TV room/office, with Cable TV, DVD, video, and wireless internet access. Patio doors lead out to the garden and pool area.

Spacious lounge/dining area with wood burning stove and hi-fi system, and doors out to the garden, pool and BBQ area, ideal for al fresco dining.  There are various sun terraces for relaxing with a good book. 

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. Adjacent utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The 4 bedrooms consist of on the ground floor, one twin bedroom which can be a double if required, and adjacent shower room. A staircase leads upstairs to a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower room. There is also a suite with double bedroom and an en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. The Master double bedroom has a dressing area, and an en suite bathroom.  Patio doors lead to a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Please note a hair-dryer is provided in each bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV.

Outside the private swimming pool measures approx 8m x 4 m. Pool heating is available (supplement payable).  An area of the pool is a Jacuzzi/hot tub (operational at an additional £100 per week; the use of this is subject to reconfirmation). As there is a rock formation feature at the deep end of the pool, care should be taken to supervise young children. Patio furniture and a built-in charcoal BBQ are available. There is lighting throughout the garden and in and around the pool, making for pleasant evenings outside. 

Air conditioning available throughout and included (except in the economy season of Nov - Mar when a supplement is payable for this or heating according to consumption).

Maid service included twice per week (except for Nov-Mar when once per week), excluding weekends and bank holidays.  House towels and linen are included.  Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once weekly (more by arrangement if required).
