This is a great 3 bedroom villa with large private heatable pool, tucked away in a fabulous private location, overlooking the countryside, yet just a couple of minutes walk from the Dunas Douradas reception, Xenia restaurant and communal pool area. The beach is approximately 15-20 minutes walk. 

A gated entrance leads through into the large plot on which the property sits. There is a beautiful patio area surrounding the large private pool, and there is a lounge seating area to relax and enjoy the outlook towards trees and grassland.

Entering the property, you pass through into a living area with cable TV and Sonos sound system, with doors to the pool terrace, and through into the open plan kitchen/dining area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.  The adjacent dining area has access to the outside terrace. Electric shutters are available to open up this whole living/dining area to the outside.

There is one twin bedroom downstairs with doors to the garden and an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs lead to the other 2 bedrooms, one suite with en-suite shower room, and one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is access from the upper bedrooms to an upper terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the pool area and countryside. All the bedrooms have TVs.

Outside, the heatable pool measures approximately 12m x 6m with a depth of about 90cms up to 2 metres. Adjacent to the pool area, there is a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and seating area.  This is a great villa for outdoor living with plenty of lounge seating and tables and chairs for dining al-fresco, as well as sun loungers around the pool.

Air-conditioning is included throughout.

Pool heating is available at £280 per week. 

Underfloor heating is available in the winter months at extra cost. Check with us for details.

Maid service is included twice per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Also included is free use of the Dunas Douradas Roman style communal swimming pool, and children's pool, just a few minutes walk away. You also have access to the Xenia restaurant and pool bar, mini-market, and hairdresser, located near the pool area. The Dunas Douradas tennis courts can also be booked at the reception (on payment of a small local charge).

Parking is free, and is available in the parking area, just across from the villa.
