This is a spacious well furnished single storey detached villa with private pool, located in an elevated position in a quiet central position on Dunas Douradas, just a few minutes walk from the main communal pool and reception. Guests have free use of this communal pool and children's pool and also use of the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small local charge. The beach is also a short walk away as are several restaurants, including Xenia, and the beach restaurants of Marias, Izzys and Julias.
Entrance up a flight of stairs and into a well presented split-level living/dining area with 2 seating areas, wood burning stove, cable Smart TV, DVD player, music system and ipod dock. Patio doors with electric shutters lead from the living area to the terrace with outdoor covered eating area and BBQ, which overlooks the pool.
Adjacent to the dining area, there is a fully fitted newly refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a new large American style fridge with ice dispenser. Outside the kitchen, there is a breakfast terrace overlooking the garden.
The bedrooms consist of the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private terrace leading up to a spacious roof terrace with lovely views; a personal safe is also available. Then there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A hair-dryer is also provided.
Outside the private swimming pool (measuring approx 8 x 4 m) has steps into the shallow end, and is surrounded by terracing with a built-in charcoal BBQ and pool shower. Beyond the pool and terracing is an area of grassy garden that runs all along the side of the house. Steps lead up from the pool terrace to a roof terrace with seating and lovely views over the resort.
Air Conditioning is included throughout.
Maid service is included 2 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
WIFI internet access available and included.
