This is an attractive three bedroomed townhouse with fenced garden and private pool located in the well known resort of Dunas Douradas, just a few minutes walk from the main communal pool, tennis courts, pool bar and restaurant.  This house is also conveniently located for access to a lovely sandy beach, about 10-15 minutes walk away. You benefit from free use of the communal pool and children's pool, and can use the Dunas tennis courts on payment of a small local charge. There is also a 24 hour security service and a reception.

On the ground floor of the townhouse there is a hallway with cloakroom and shower.  Also on the ground floor are the bedrooms:  One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading to the garden; one twin bedroom with patio doors leading to the garden and an adjacent shower room; and one smaller bunk bedded room, best suited to children, but as the bunk beds are single and 6ft in length, this can be children of any age!  

Upstairs on the first floor, there is a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  A hatch leads through to the dining area. 

The open plan living/dining area is nicely decorated with comfortable sofas, wood burning stove, cable TV and a DVD player.  Doors lead from the dining area onto a sunny terrace with table and chairs, and then from this terrace, stairs lead down to the garden.

There are mosquito screens to all doors and windows, and there are external roller shutters controlled from the inside.

Air-conditioning is included in all the rooms, except the small bunkbed room.

Wi-fi internet access is included and a safe and a hair-dryer are available.

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Outside there is a spacious pool area, enclosed pretty garden and terrace.  The garden is divided into 2 areas, which makes it perfect to ensure that younger children cannot easily wander into the pool area or out onto the street. The pool measures approx. 7m x 4m and has steps into the shallow end.  There is an adjacent shady paved area with table and chairs and built-in charcoal BBQ so you can enjoy some al-fresco dining by the pool.
