Situated in Zone 6, in the popular family resort of of Dunas Douradas, this 2 bedroom townhouse with private plunge pool is ideal for family holidays, as it is about a 10 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach and about 10-12 minutes walk to the communal pool and resort centre.

With your rental, you have free use of the Dunas Douradas resort facilities including access to the Reception, large Roman style communal pool and children's pool, restaurant, pool bar and mini-market. There is also a 24 hour security service on resort.  Also available to use, on payment of a small charge locally, are the Dunas Douradas tennis courts.

The property is located in a cul de sac, and is set over two levels. It benefits from some recent interior refurbishment.

Living Area:

Entrance into the ground floor (top floor) where you have a spacious living/dining area, with new flat screen cable TV and sliding doors to a wide balcony with a staircase down to the pool area. 

Also on this floor is a fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave and dishwasher. Also available are a Filter Coffee Machine, a kettle and a toaster.

Bedrooms:

Both bedrooms are downstairs and they have direct access to the patio and plunge pool area. There is one nicely furnished double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one equally nicely furnished twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Patio & Pool:

Outside is a small patio and the plunge pool with step access. There are 4 sun-loungers, a table and chairs and a mobile BBQ, all perfect for al fresco dining.
