This is an attractive two bedroom town house with a private pool, well located within the popular family resort of Dunas Douradas.  A lovely sandy beach and some popular beach restaurants are approximately 10-15 minutes walk away.

Included with your rental is free use of the communal facilities - large Roman style Dunas Douradas pool and children's pool, and just a small local charge is payable for use of the on-site tennis courts. There is also access to an on-site restaurant (Xenias), pool bar, and small coffee/convenience shop. All this is about 10 minutes walk away.

Entrance into the upper level, with guest cloakroom.  Through into a tastefully furnished living/dining area with cable TV, and patio doors leading out to a lovely terrace/balcony overlooking the pool area.

There is an adjacent fully fitted kitchen with a serving hatch into the dining room.  Stairs lead up to a small study area, and out onto a rooftop sun terrace with magnificent views out over the resort and a great spot for watching the beautiful Algarve sunsets..

The bedrooms are located downstairs on the lower level, and both have patio doors leading directly out on to the pool area.  There is one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a lovely private terrace with charcoal BBQ and a plunge pool and sun loungers, great for some holiday relaxation.
