This is a bright and spacious two bedroom linked townhouse with heatable private plunge pool, located in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas approx 8-10 minutes walk from the communal pool, children's pool, pool bar, restaurant and tennis courts.  It is also just a 5-10 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach.

You benefit from free use of the Dunas Douradas large communal pool and children's pool, and can also use the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small local charge.  There is also a 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility as well as an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar/coffee shop.

At the property, steps lead up to the main entrance and into a well furnished living/dining area with wood burning fireplace and cable Smart TV. Patio doors lead to a sun terrace with garden furniture and a portable charcoal BBQ. Steps lead down to the plunge pool (measuring approx 5 x 2m) and pool terrace.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine. 

Stairs lead to the lower level and one double bedroom with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite shower room.

Air Conditioning is included throughout. 

Maid service is included once per week, excluding bank holidays.

Pool heating is available at £180 per week.

Wi-fi internet access included and ipod docking station available.

Pool/Beach Towels and a Hair-dryer are provided.  A Safe is also available.
