This is a bright and spacious two bedroom linked townhouse with heatable private plunge pool, located in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas approx 10 minutes walk from the communal pool, children's pool, pool bar, restaurant and tennis courts.  It is also just a 10-15 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach and some beach restaurants.

You benefit from free use of the Dunas Douradas large communal pool and children's pool, and can also use the Dunas Douradas tennis courts on payment of a small local charge.  There is also a 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility as well as a restaurant and poolside cafe.

At the property, steps lead up to the main entrance and through the entrance hallway into a well furnished living/dining area with comfortable sofas, a wood burning fireplace and cable Smart TV. Patio doors lead to a sun terrace with garden furniture and a portable charcoal BBQ, perfect for some al fresco dining.

Steps lead down from the terrace to the plunge pool which measures approx 5 x 2m and has step access.  The pool is heatable at a supplement. Surrounding the pool, the pool terrace is equipped with sun-loungers and sun umbrellas.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen, well equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Coffee Machine. 

A staircase leads downstairs to the bedrooms.  There is one master suite with large double bed, fitted wardrobes, doors to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with doors to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.
