An entrance hall leads through to the open plan living/dining area with flatscreen lazer cable TV, DVD player, wood burning stove, and patio doors leading to an enclosed terrace/sun room with sliding windows and comfortable seating.

Adjacent to the dining area is the fully fitted well equipped kitchen, with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

There is a master bedroom with twin beds, a TV, and en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with view over the tennis courts, and an adjacent shower room.

Air-conditioning is available in the lounge and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is furnished with an electric fan.

Wi-fi is available and included.

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Pool/ Beach towels are also included at the apartment.

The owners ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the property.

Included with your rental, is free use of the Dunas Douradas facilities including the communal pools, bars and restaurants, and use of the on-site tennis courts (at small extra charge).
