This is a well furnished ground floor Dunas apartment which benefits from a nice enclosed small garden area. It is within a couple of minutes walk of the central dunas communal pool and children's pool, pool bar and restaurant. Guests benefit from free use of the communal pool and children's pool and have use of the Dunas Douradas tennis courts for a small local charge. There is also a 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility.  A lovely sandy beach with several restaurants/bars is approximately 10-15 minutes walk.

Entrance into a living/dining area with sofas, wood burning stove, cable TV, DVD, CD and sound system. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun-loungers and portable charcoal BBQ, overlooking the garden area.

There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Coffee Maker.

There is one double bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and doors to the garden, and a twin bedroom also with fitted mirrored wardrobes, and a separate shower room.  A hair-dryer is available.

Air Conditioning is included throughout.

Wi-fi available.

Maid service is included twice per week excluding weekends and bank holidays.
