This is an attractively furnished ground floor apartment, surrounded by mature communal gardens, just a few minutes walk from the Dunas Douradas communal pool and children's pool, and only 10 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach.

Staying here you benefit from free use of the Dunas Douradas large communal swimming pool and childrens pool.  Tennis courts are also available on payment of a small local charge. There is also a 24 hour security patrol and a central reception facility as well as an on-site restaurant (Xenias), pool bar, small shop and coffee shop.

At the apartment an entrance hall leads in to a nicely furnished lounge/dining area with cable TV (and some sports channels), and a comfortable chaise-longue.  Sliding doors lead out to a private covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a portable charcoal BBQ for some al fresco dining. Sun-loungers are also available for relaxing in the sunshine.

There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The bedrooms comprise one twin bedroom (made up as a double) with fitted wardrobes and separate newly refurbished shower room, and the Master bedroom with twin beds made up as a double with an en-suite newly refurbished bathroom, and doors to the terrace. A hair-dryer is also provided.

Air-conditioning is included throughout.

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Wi-fi is available and included.

"We stayed at the two-bedroomed apartment 305A Dunas Douradas in October 2016 for a week’s holiday and had an absolutely fantastic time.  We were a party of two adults, 2 infants and 1 teenager – and this apartment was perfect for our needs. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two large bedrooms, one en suite bathroom and one with a separate shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for the weeks holiday. Outside the apartment is a lovely well-kept garden, ideal for children to play in. The pool area is very well kept with plenty of sun loungers. There is a lovely pool bar which serves food all day. I cannot recommend these apartments or the service from Nichola at Villascapes highly enough – we will certainly look at booking again in the not too distant future!  Mrs C, Oct '16
