This is a pleasant 2 storey village house with good size private plunge pool, conveniently located close to the central pool and reception area within the popular family resort of Dunas Douradas. The property has benefited from new flooring throughout the house this past year (2024), with redecoration of the interior, and a repaving of some of the patio.

At the property an entrance hall leads to the ground floor bedrooms.  There is one twin bedroom with patio doors leading to the pool area. This has use of an adjacent shower room with new shower unit. Also on this level is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and patio doors to the pool and garden.  

Living Area/Kitchen:

A staircase leads up to the first floor and to the comfortable living/dining area with dining table to seat 6, sofas, fireplace, lazer cable TV, cd player, DVD and patio doors leading to a terrace with steps down to the pool and garden.

There is a compact newly refurbished kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and serving hatch to the dining area.

Terrace/Pool:

Outside there is a kidney shaped plunge pool, measuring approx 6 x 3m, with step access, and a pool terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, outside shower and a portable gas BBQ.
