This is a pleasant 2 storey village house with good size private plunge pool, conveniently located close to the central pool and reception area within the popular family resort of Dunas Douradas.

Included in your rental is free use of the Dunas Douradas large communal pool and children's pool, and use of the Dunas Douradas tennis courts for a small local charge. You also have access to a central reception and benefit from a 24 hour security patrol.  A lovely sandy beach and some cafes/restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk.

At the property an entrance hall leads to the ground floor bedrooms.  There is one twin bedroom with patio doors leading to the pool area. This has use of an adjacent shower room. Also on this level is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and patio doors to the pool and garden.  

A staircase leads up to the first floor and to the comfortable lounge/dining room with dining table to seat 6, sofas, fireplace, lazer cable TV, cd player, DVD and patio doors leading to a terrace with steps down to the pool and garden.

There is a compact newly refurbished kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and serving hatch to the dining area.

Outside there is a kidney shaped plunge pool, measuring approx 6 x 3m, with step access, and a pool terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers and portable gas BBQ.

Maid service is included once per week (except weekends and public holidays). The property benefits from electric shutters. Pool/beach towels are provided with this property and a Safe is available.

Air conditioning available throughout and included.
