This good value townhouse set over 2 floors is located within 100m of the central facilities of the popular resort of Dunas Douradas, with its large attractive resort pool and children's pool, pool bar, restaurant and tennis courts. 

Bedrooms:

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall and the 2 bedrooms. There is one large bedroom, great for families, with 2 single beds  and one double bed (this bedroom can sleep up to 4) with adjacent shower room, and patio doors to the terrace. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the terrace.  Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Living Area:

Upstairs on the first floor, is a bright and airy L-shape lounge with sofa, wood burning stove and cable TV.  There is an adjacent dining area with table and chairs for 6.  Patio doors lead from here to an upstairs terrace with charcoal BBQ, great for some al-fresco dining. Steps lead down to the bottom terrace and garden.

There is a fully equipped new kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and nespresso coffee machine. 

Exterior:

Outside there is a terrace with some garden furniture and to the front of the house, a small lawned garden.

Included:

Included with the rental is use of the Dunas Douradas resort facilties such as the large communal pool, 2 tennis courts (small fee payable locally), and central reception service. A long sandy beach is also within walking distance, with access to a range of beach bars and restaurants.  It is only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport and the location is central to a host of famous golf courses (golf discounts available on request).

Maid service is included once per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Wi-fi is included.
Air-conditioning is available and included in the prices. For winter use, there are wafer heaters in the bedrooms and a portable wafer heater for the lounge.
