This attractive villa is located in a quiet position at the end
of a cul-de-sac on Val Verde, with lovely countryside views, and
is approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach.
Entrance
into an open
plan living/dining area with satellite TV and sliding doors
leading to a part covered
terrace overlooking the pool. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave and washing machine.
Master
double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and
separate shower. Inter-connecting
with this double bedroom (ie no separate internal entrance) is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (this bedroom also has
separate access from the exterior). One further twin bedroom and
one double bedroom share a bathroom.
Maid service is included 3 times per week excluding weekends and bank holidays. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels are changed twice per week.
Outside,
the
kidney shaped pool (8 x 4m) has steps into the shallow end,
and has terracing with a built-in BBQ area with seating. Air-conditioning
is included.
