from the beach.

with dishwasher, microwave and breakfast/dining table; adjacent laundry
room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sliding doors lead
to a part covered terrace with built-in BBQ.
Upstairs
to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room with power/hydro-massage shower, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2
further twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room.
Outside,
the
swimming pool (9
x 5m) is set to the side of the villa and is surrounded
by a lawned
garden. The pool can be heated at £100 per week.
Air-conditioning
throughout is available at a supplement of £100 per week. Maid service is included 5 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
