This is a recently refurbished modern 2 storey villa, enclosed within a walled and gated garden, and located
in a private spot at the end of a cul-de-sac on Val Verde, backing on to the garden of the popular Florian restaurant. The beach is approximately 5 minutes drive.
Entrance
into a spacious
newly refurbished lounge/dining area with wide flat screen satellite
TV and Hi-Fi/CD player and DVD, and sliding doors
leading to a part covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking
the pool. Adjacent snug area with wood burning stove. Well equipped large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge and small breakfast table; adjacent laundry room with washing
machine and tumble dryer.
On
this floor there is one twin with en-suite
shower room and one double with en-suite bathroom and doors to the terrace.. Upstairs
to further sitting area with satellite TV and large sun terrace.
Master double
bedroom with music system, en-suite bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and separate
modern shower. Two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room. All windows and doors are double-glazed.
Outside,
the rectangular swimming pool (11 x 6m) has steps into the
shallow
end, and
has terracing with built-in BBQ and a grassed area with shrubs
and
trees. Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable). Pool heating also now available at £110 per week.
