VALE DO LOBO with fenced pool
This well furnished 4 bedroom single-storey detached villa is set in
an enclosed gated garden overlooking the 3rd fairway of the Royal Golf Course, and located close to the Vale do Lobo
reception, and just 10 minutes walk from the Praça
shopping centre, restaurants and the beach.
The villa comprises a spacious entrance hallway with storage
cupboards, leading to an open plan recently refurbished lounge/dining room with fireplace
fitted with log burning stove, satellite TV and DVD player. Patio
doors lead onto a covered terrace with outside furniture and
down to the gated pool area overlooking the golf course. A lawned garden surrounds the pool area.
An
archway leads to a spacious fully fitted and equipped kitchen including
oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast table. A separate utility cupboard houses a washing machine.
The bedrooms consist of a Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower
