VILLA
MANASSI, 537 VALE DO LOBO
This nicely furnished single storey detached villa is located in
a quiet cul-de-sac close to Vale do Lobo reception and golf course,
and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Spacious
living/dining area with satellite TV, Hi-Fi and patio doors
leading to the
terrace and
garden with built-in BBQ. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine,
dishwasher and microwave.
The
bedrooms consist of two
double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, one with sliding
doors to the pool area, and 2 twin bedrooms
which share a separate bathroom.
Outside
the
pool (7 x 4m) is fenced off from the garden (a regard to safety
for young children)
and
has
steps into
the shallow end. There is a children's slide into the pool.
Stairs lead from the garden up to the roof terrace with views
across
pine trees.
The
villa is fully air-conditioned and air-conditioning/heating is included in the prices except in the low seasons (Oct-16 Mar/30 Mar - 25 May) when if these utilities are required a supplement is payable of £100
per week. Pool heating
is
also available
throughout the year (£100 per week).
Maid
service 4 times per week.
