VALE DO LOBO
This detached villa, sleeping up to 8, is on one level,
and is centrally situated on Vale do Lobo between the Barringtons
Leisure Club and the Golf Club, and approximately 10-15 minutes
walk to the beach and praca (centre). The villa has air conditioning
throughout and a heatable pool.
Spacious lounge/dining area with Satellite TV, video, dvd and cd
player, and a metered telephone. Patio doors lead out to the terrace,
garden and pool area. The pool area, which is to the rear of the
villa, is fenced off from the house for child safety.
The fitted kitchen, located off the dining area, has hob, oven,
dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Just off the kitchen,
to the front of the villa, there is a covered terrace with table
and chairs.
A corridor from the lounge leads to the bedrooms consisting
of 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms. The 2 twin bedrooms
each have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning, and they share
a family bathroom. The Master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes,
air-conditioning and an en suite shower room. There is a further
double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and an
en suite bathroom. N.B. This villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom at lower rates (ask for details).
Air conditioning
is included in the price, except in the low season (*Nov-Mar) when if heating or air-conditioning is required, a supplement of £100 per week is payable.
Outside, there is an area of lawned garden to the front and sides
of the villa, leading around to the pool terrace at the back.
The pool measures approximately 9m x 5m and is surrounding by
terracing, a FENCE, and there is a built-in BBQ. Pool heating is available
at a supplement of £100 per week.
Maid service is included
3 days per week (excluding weekends and bank holidays), and once per week in the winter.
