VALE DO LOBO (n.b. Unfortunately there is building work going on next door to this villa in 2010. Currently a discount of 15% is being offered off the normal rates shown below).
This is a lovely spacious detached villa which has been furnished
to a high standard. It is centrally located on Vale do Lobo, with
views towards the 17th hole of the Royal Golf Course, approx 10
minutes walk to the beach and centre. The accommodation is laid
out over the ground floor (the 'extra' room upstairs is not for
rental use).
An
entrance hallway leads to a spacious living/dining area with
under-floor heating, widescreen Sky satellite TV and Hi-Fi
system, and
sliding doors
leading
to the pool terrace with garden furniture. There is a modern fitted
and equipped kitchen with American
style fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and adjacent laundry
area with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra drinks
fridge.
The
bedrooms consist of one well furnished master double bedroom
with en-suite shower room
and patio doors to the terrace,
and three twin bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and
one with adjacent bathroom.
Outside,
the large rectangular 'overflow' pool (10 x 5m) has steps
into the shallow end and there is a grassy garden area with
shrubs
and trees.
There
is a separate barbecue area with gas BBQ, table and seating.
Maid
serivce 5 times per week, excluding bank holidays. Heating extra supplement in the winter season.
