VALE DO LOBO
This is a high standard villa, laid out over 2 floors, centrally
located on Vale do Lobo, approx 15 minutes walk to the beach and praca/centre.
Entrance
into a well furnished open-plan
living/dining area with flat screen TV with sky digital, DVD, video, radio/stereo
and CD player. Doors
lead from the lounge to the pool and garden.
On
the ground floor are two
twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with
separate shower
room; both
have sliding doors to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with
all modern appliances, including dishwasher and microwave,
and separate
laundry area, with washing machine/dryer.
A
staircase leads up to the master bedroom with king size double bed and
en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Sliding
doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the garden. A safe
is available.
The
salt treated, chlorine free swimming pool (10 x 4rn) has steps into the shallow end
and can be heated at extra cost (£160 per week). Terracing surrounds the pool, with a built-in BBQ. An area of lawn is located along the side.
Air Conditioning is included throughout (except during the low season of Oct - 01 April and 15 April - 20 May when if heating or air-conditioning is required then a supplement is payable).
Maid
Service included 4 times per week, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
