Dunas Douradas
This detached 2 storey villa is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac,
approx 15 minutes walk from the beach, and is furnished to a very good
standard.
An entrance hallways leads to a spacious split level living/dining
area with 2 separate seating areas, cable TV, MP3, DVD and Video players, fireplace fitted with woodburning stove, air-conditioning
and doors to the pool and garden. Fully equipped kitchen and
utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave, and adjacent dining area with marble topped table seating 8. There are electric shutters to the lounge area.
On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with en-suite
bathroom, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin
bedroom (beds together) with adjacent bathroom. A staircase leads
up to the master double bedroom (twins together) with TV, walk-in wardrobe area,
air-conditioning, private balcony with table/chairs, and a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and great view of the garden. The bathrooms have been newly refurbished.
Air-conditioning is available in the living/dining area, the downstairs bedrooms and there is ducted air cooling in the master bedroom suite. If this is required, it is included except in low season.
Outside, the swimming pool (9 x 5m approx) which can be heated at £160 per week, is surrounded by pool terracing and a lawned garden with
teak furniture, built-in BBQ and pool shower.
