This is a bright and spacious two bedroom linked townhouse with heatable private plunge pool, located in the popular resort of Dunas
Douradas approx 5 minutes walk from the communual facilities and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Steps lead up to the main entrance and into a well furnished living/dining area with cable TV and patio doors leading to a sun terrace and steps down to the plunge pool and pool terrace. Fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave.
Stairs lead to the lower level and one double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to the pool terrace and en-suite shower room.
Air-conditioning/heating is included except in the low seasons (i.e. Oct - 28 Mar and 11 Apr - 23 May) when if air-conditioning or heating is required, a supplement is payable. Maid service is included 3 times per week. Pool heating is available at £110 per week.
Also included is use of all the Dunas Douradas facilities including
communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security
patrol and central reception facility. There is also an on-site shop, restaurant and pool bar/coffee shop.
