All the above
cars are insured to carry 5 people, and are manual transmission unless
otherwise stated. No one particular type of car can be absolutely guaranteed.
Please note other ‘types/groups’ of cars may be available
on request according to dates required. Please advise us of your requirements.
Rate Quoted per Week. the minimum
hire period charged is 3 days, and rental days are based on 24
hours, ie if you pick the car up at 10.00 am, the car needs to
be returned about the same time. Bookings are subject to the contractual
terms of the local car hire company, whose name will be on the
documents, and contracts are signed locally; you will be subject
to its terms and conditions and local law. You will be given details
of who to contact locally in the case of any problems.
Rates include: Unlimited mileage, Third Party Liability Insurance,
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection Insurance, all
airport charges and
taxes.
Not
included: Petrol, Personal Accident Insurance (usually covered
by your personal travel insurance), tyre, windscreen or window damage,
traffic fines, underside and interior damage of the car, any towing charges
and out of hours charges. The Insurance Excess is also not included (This
is the first amount payable in case of an accident). You can pay extra
to cover this, if required.
You will be asked for a credit card on which any deposits (for insurance
excess and petrol) may be held; this credit card imprint will then be returned
to you on the safe return of the car.
Optional
Extras:
Child seats can be requested, and are subject to availability. For older children
it is recommended that you take your own booster seat. Roof racks are also
available for certain cars on request. It is also possible to pay for extra
drivers. All extra charges payable locally
Driving
Licence: Drivers must be in possession of a CLEAN full British
Driving Licence (ie no endorsements, although 3 points usually accepted)
held for at least 2 years, or an International Driving Licence. You
MUST also carry identification with you (eg passport) when driving.
Drivers Age: The minimum age is 25 years old with at
least 2 year's driving experience; no liability will be accepted with
regard to anyone below the minimum age attempting to rent a car. Please
check with us for full details.
Flight Information: To ensure your car is ready for
your arrival, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you inform us of your arrival
and departure flight numbers and timings.
